Norseman Days in Red Lake

Norseman Days is a Floatplane festival that is put on in Red Lake each July. The weather is usually very good and there is alot happening. Water bombers, acrobatic aircraft, and of course Norseman rides. This year Rena, my Girls and I got out for a few hours and had a good time. The fireworks show was also excellent. There is a video at the bottom from yesterday afternoon as the Norsemans did the fly by to end the weekend.

Also we are sending out our mid-summer newsletter soon. If you have been not been getting it and would like to receive it, just sign up on the right hand side of this page. Don't worry, we do not share your email or send you a bunch of crap you don't need. I send out 3-4 newsletters each year.

These guys come and visit us every other year and this year they were on the Cobham. Fishing was great but nothing really huge. There were a few stories flying around about some Monsters!! One boat caught 207 fish in one day! Matt stated that they were not going back until they reached the 200 mark. It is good to see everyone smiling and laughing, it definitely creates a good atmosphere.

Crank up the volume and Listen to the sound of these Radial Engines!! I always stop and watch when one flys by.
